For our March walk we are going to walk Section 6 of the Lecale Way from Dundrum to Newcastle.

This walk goes largely along the coastline and through Murlough Nature Reserve and if the day is good there are stunning views of the Mournes to be seen.
Our plan is to leave our cars parked at Dundrum, walk to Newcastle, where we will have lunch, before returning to Dundrum to pick up our cars and have a little post walk refreshment.
We will meet up at Dundrum public carpark which is opposite the Church. There are three car parks on your left,the first car park is the scene of a large car boot sale, the second one is a private one for the church and the last one is the public car park. This is the one in which we shall meet at 10.30am on Sunday 5th March. To avoid high tide, we will need to start our walk fairly punctually
