Hi Folks
Since Easter is on the first Sunday of April we thought that we would put our April walk back until the 12th April.
We are going to tackle a new walk, led by Paula, in the Glens of Antrim. We intend to walk a section of the Dungonnel Way and Moyle Way, walking up Trostan ( apparently the highest peak in Antrim) and returning through the Glenarriffe Forest Park, hopefully taking in the Waterfalls and cafe.
The plan is to meet at the petrol station in Cargan at 9.45. There we can get coffee, water or toilet break. We will have a further short drive to our starting point which would allow us to get away at our usual time of 10.am. The drive to Cargan, which is on the Cushendall RD (A43) from Belfast will take around an hour, so please set out at 8.45.
Anyone wanting a lift or with places in their car please email back. It would be good to know who is coming so that we can ensure everyone is present before we set out.
