For our walk on Sunday, 1st March, we plan to walk in Tollymore Forest Park near Newcastle.
We intend to spend the day walking the different trails, see the map below, and see the old bridges and the hermitage
There is a £5 parking fee per car, which is payable at the entrance to the park.
Walkers may wish to car share in order to share the cost.
For those who would like to car share, we suggest that they arrange to meet up at Dundrum around 10 a.m., as it’s only 15 minutes from there to the entrance to Tollymore Forest
We shall all meet in the car park in Tollymore for a 10.30 start and the walk should take 4/5 hrs.
