NOVEMBER WALK – Sunday 5th
For our November walk we thought we would repeat our first walk of the year by walking from Bangor to Hollywood, many people enjoyed this walk due to its flat terrain and nice views of Belfast Lough and the Belfast Hills.
We shall meet at Bangor train station at 10.15, the time that the 9.08 from Lisburn arrives at the station. Earlier in the year many of us choose to get the train at various points along the line, NI Railway have a Sunday Day Tracker fare, for £7.50 which allows you to have unlimited travel on all trains

Some people choose to drive to Hollywood Station and boarded the train there.
We would plan once again to stop at the cafe in Crawfordsburn Country Park for some lunch and finish the walk with a stop in the pub in Hollywood before getting the train back to Belfast or Lisburn.
CHRISTMAS DINNER
The Christmas Dinner is now booked for the Mourne Seafood on Saturday 2nd December for 6pm. We have booked a table for 14 people and the plan is to eat, hand the table back by 8.30 and then go to a nearby pub for a few drinks and a bit of craic.
Thirteen of us are coming to the dinner, leaving one last place. Anyone who isn’t able to come to the dinner is welcome to join us afterwards at whatever bar we end up in that evening. Looking forward to it.
