We will be returning to Rathlin Island on Sunday 3rd June for one of our popular walks. Our visit will also coincide with the last day of the Rathlin Maritime Festival and the arrival of the Puffins, so expect a nice buzz around the island
We hope to enjoy the natural scenery, try some of the new National Trust walks, watch Puffins and enjoy the maritime festival
Travel Information – We will take the 10.00 am sailing (40 min) from Ballycastle to Rathlin, returning from Rathlin at 4.15pm. There is a fast ferry (25 min) which leaves at 9.00 am, but this may be too early for people travelling from Belfast. The price of the ferry is £12 return or if you have a Translink “bus pass” the ferry is free
Please note that the ferry will be departing at 10.00am sharp, so I would recommend being at the ferry office by 9.40am to purchase tickets and to find a parking space, so give yourselves plenty of time.
