July’s walk will be to Slieve Gullion, which we haven’t walked for quite a while, so it will be nice to re-visit an old favourite
We will meet-up at the main car park of the visitors centre at Slieve Gullion at 10:00am. There are toilets facilities etc available in the main visitor centre but the cafe may not be open until later
We shall return to the lovely courtyard of the visitors centre after the walk for some après walk drinks
The Ring of Gullion offers stunning views of the south Armagh countryside and is steeped in history and legends, including the passage tomb and Calliagh Berra’s lake at its summit
