Septembers walk will be to Slieve Gullion, which we haven’t walked to this year, so it will be nice to re-visit an old favourite
We will meet-up at the main car park of the visitors centre at Slieve Gullion at 10:00am. There are toilets facilities etc available in the main visitor centre, hopefully these will be open so pack a mask if you want to enter
We shall return to the lovely courtyard of the visitors centre after the walk for some après walk drink or if this is closed we can decide on another venue on the day
The Ring of Gullion offers stunning views of the south Armagh countryside and is steeped in history and legends, including the passage tomb and Calliagh Berra’s lake at its summit
So meet-up at 10.00am at the main car park, hope to see you all there
